Why is yours awesome?

Why does it suck?

Mine is awesome, because we have the best jazz band in the country, and a movie came out a few years ago about our girls basketball team that was narrated by ludacris. Also, sir mix a lot went to my school.

Mine got a new cafeteria, designed and ran by jamie oliver.
It's the best high school in the borough.
Has an online pay system for the cafeteria.
Cafeteria is finger print automated, no need for money.
Hmm..
It sucks cause it's a catholic school.

My school sucks because we barely have any lessons falling away because every single thing has like 5 teachers to catch up on of the first one gets sick. Also we don't get a week with only tests and being out of school earlier.

My school wins because we can go home at 12:15'o clock at Friday if we show our teacher all our homework that is done, if not we have to stay at school till it's done. (I am pretty quick because I do this year over, so yay for me) Also because our teachers are acting like we are in the church, we can barely talk in the lessons which allows us to make our homework done quickly, some find that annoying, I like it.

My school sucks because our PE class barely includes any games, it's just serious training in jumps or running for a really long time or whatever.

I'm in the 3rd more technological advanced school in my country. We have everything here. And it's on a good zone, with a lot of bars where we can go on the recess.

No one famous went on my school tough, except for maybe some architects and doctors somewhat known.

Mine is awesome because it has computers on hallways, a cool library and most teachers with at least masters degree of law. There's lots of people coming and teaching aswell, like the american ambassador or something like that.

It's a hard school, but I like it.

Mine sucks, because it's hard to skip classes. They will call AND text your parents automatically via computers. Thats if you missed one class. Plus, when you start having a little work pile up, they call your parents. It's sucks.

Good points :
Some teachers :
- Maths teacher has had over 10 national awards with his students until now
- Chemistry teacher had a few winner students in nationals too (one of them is me :D)

- History teacher... could write thousands of pages and still wouldn't exhaust what he's got on his mind
- Technology teacher also university teacher and international architect, this man participated and witnessed lots of great constructions, he's got a lot to tell
- Last year we had a Physics teacher that had an experience of 42 years (veteran...), she was the best, we got a bad one this year though, but... meh... >_>
- Riiiight, music teacher is in a jazz band and also concerts once a week in the philharmonic in town, singing classic music.
Also, the rest of them work hard. We're the best class of our year in our school, we have the best teachers :D

- My school is the 4th best in town.
- I.T. laboratory has relatively new computers.

Bad points :
- chemistry and physics laboratories look like crap.
- bathrooms are the land of doom
- whoever wants enters the school yard >_>
- desks and chairs are getting kind of old
- we don't have a cafeteria we can actually lunch at... there are shops nearby from which we get snacks or fast food and eat outside or inside
- we study lots of useless stuff... I think as a year 8 I could study a lot more useful things, or, at least, I could study less, because to have straight 10/10 on everything I don't get any free time (despite the fact I actually had time to write this review on my school)
- due to the fact I have so much to study I can't continue...

What can I say... my country isn't very good, if it were we'd have better schools, but at least we're smart... if money for schools wouldn't... "fall behind the couch" maybe they would look better.

My school is awesome because of what it is, but what it is, is hard to explain, so lemme try.

I go to what is called a "collegiate high school" Thier semi-rare highschools that run in and on college campuses, they only accept 11th and 12th graders. The students are the brightest of the bunch, basically your nerds/geeks at your school. Students have to pass the CPT (College Placement Test) in order to get in. Because, instead of just taking normal high school classes we take college classes and earn high school, and college credit. That means I could be sitting next to a 20/21 year old taking the same physics class... And the best part is, its all free. I don't have to pay for the college classes. If you work through a summer or two, you can graduate high school with your AA or AS degree in your hand without having to pay a dime. (exception on school supplies and such). And not only is the education good, their very relaxed about rules like dress codes, and even personal space rules (I hear they are pretty bad in my area, to the point you can't sit next to a girl if you're a guy) as for perks, we have two "student activity" rooms where we have a wii, a PS3, a pool table, ping pong, and a big ass TV to watch movies on. We even have our own computer lab and get access to the college's as well.

my school = win

Only thing is that the work load is harder and you gotta be smart to get in...

My school is a pit of shit.

There's potheads on every ****ing corner from the train station to the school and it's big as ****. The lighting is horrible and I don't want to finish this so go to:

www.urbandictionary.com

and search "Brooklyn Tech". Read the first page and that's basically it.

The school is puny.
The cafeteria is the auditorium.
The food is horrible.
The library is the size of my living room.
The school is cheap.

And there are stupid 'lunch supervisors' everywhere who don't even let you stay inside for the lunch break. Even though I'm in high school.

And most of the teachers, even math and science teachers, mark subjectively.
