Yeah. So my band got invited by the nation republican something or other to play at the McCain rally in Defiance, Ohio (a 20 minute drive from my house). We had to leave our high school at 6:30 in the morning, and it was ****ing freezing outside. I got up at 5:30 in the morning in like 20 degree weather just to play at a rally for a candidate that I pray to god doesn't win. The only upside was that we basically got to miss the entire day of school.

Yes. Our band took turns with 3 other high school marching bands in our area playing songs from like 830 to like 10. The coolest part was probably seeing like 4 snipers on a roof top

I knew some one who went to an Obama rally in Philly, and saw 2 guys in plainclothes say "The snipers are set up on 24" into a walkie-talkie.
