I wanted to know if somebody can tell me how alan becker does j´his animations i mean with the Animator vs. Animation

Lol. He used Macromedia Flash 8. And Frame-By-Frame animation.

First, he unplugged his computer, and pissed on it
Then he imagined the sticks and what they did
Then he spread peanut butter inside his moniter's vent
Then he smashed his computer with a sludge hammer, and threw it out his window.
He brought it back in, plugged it in, and went on youtube, and BAM! The animations were there!!!
Seruzly, this is how i do aminations too.

Hey could someone help? whenever I try to make an animation with layers it turns out all stiff and horrible. Can someone give me advice?

Don't add sound. Improving goes first.
Few parts were eased, but the other parts weren't. The physics were and there was a lot of resizing. Also the running was kind of shit.

How can I animate without resizing?
