Ok I know that this was done several pages ago but there doen't seem to be any other animations to critisize so...
Ok, to start...we british folk don't wear those snazy lookin hats anymore, not for the past 100 years or so.
Now the animation: Isn't really much to say, your drawing is pretty good and I didn't see any major resizing. However there was one hell of a wobblyness issue and he seems pretty stiff, not enough movement. The landing also lacked easing. But it wasn't bad, not at all. :)
