i'll reccomend you to use a bigger FPS, like 24 FPS, because your animation it's choppy.

UHHH, use guidelines to help you keep the figures size and structure. turn on the grid if you have to. also take your time. :)

this is my first animation ever! any advice anyone has would be helpful cuz other than this i have absolutely no experience

that actually wasn't terrible. The overuse of dialogue and text smileys annoyed me though. Keep practicing.

dont be lazy dude. dont just copy-paste your anim. try to draw them 1 by one each frame and do them in multiple layers
