It's my 5th animation (including those I didn't upload) but I still don't think it's good enough...CnC please? (or advice or something? Idk)

This is my second time trying to animate more than just a guy running. I made the bg and stuff. I did that though because I wanted to mess with how Flash works, see how it would work and stuff.

I'm not sure I'm really allowed to CnC, but seriously, if these are your first tries, they're pretty good.
You should try and use a guide to prevent resizing, possibly putting heads on after animating the bodies so at least the heads stay the same? :D
Also, the blasts don't look like they're powerful enough, use less frames to make it look like they're really being hit back!

and i have question: i am using macromedia flash 8 and it can't export to .fla it can only export to .swf and if someone can help me how to export it to .fla or can i upload it to stickpage? not this video but .swf files

If you are working on your easing try doing more moves and actions. This dash-thrust attack doesn't really involve moving your stick all that much, thus not helping you improve your easing.
