I have an idea! How about the newbs to pivot (like me) post there animations and when people say that sucked! Tell them "I know cause this is my first animation so of course it sucks, how about telling me how to improve." Throw in an up yours if you like. Or you could take it like a man(me) and say thanks for the tips!
