The first one is too fast, and the others are okay, but you almost med beg i would say.

You have the ball go from his hand when it is at the top, not at the end, otherwise it'll look like he slammed it on something.

These are NOT Recent. 1&2 are but they were purposly made bad for a Comp.

I dont see any stiffness? O-o or choppyness and it is easing the ball is
