Those animations are good practice, but you gotta get the basics down before doing a full animation.

You should try working with just one stick figure right now. Check out the tutorials and work on your movements and easing and you will get allot better, trust me. As for the animation, its not very good. Its really jerky and choppy.
---This is very rare for anyone that sees this. I used to get on this everyday but now I haven't been on in forever. I used the beginner thread when it was in the 600-1000 but not any more.
Good luck beginners, you will get out of here someday, just look at Lone Wolf.

No, your animations can be somewhat long, but concentrate on what you need work on the most. Even simple animations with easing alone.

Why does the green man sink in fake quicksand?

Hmm, work on stiffness. The sticks looks like they only have one joint in their back. You have a good view of easing, but you need to add more. Also work on the physics. The jump really bent them, and the stick's reaction needs blood/better reaction.

Your main problem is easing. Add that. Then work on stiffness, choppyness and physics.

Well, you've gotten better. I think. It's too stiff. More easing. Slightly choppy.
Practice.
