When u save in gif. you put the resize at something like 40 or 30, do u use pivot 3 ?

yes, very nice easing, you got that down, now do it with a stickfigure so you can get the hang of it.

EDIT: N411, the whole thing was stiff, try to move all the joints in each stickfigure for each frame, the effect was pretty good for a beginner though.
