how do you make a ball?

In Pivot 3 - File>Create Figure Type,then on the left hand side of the box that opens click the circle with the line going through it.I don't know about Piv 2 ;o

some movements are half good and half bad.
NEVER make a guy jump into the,stop,and then kick.
the first frame he's in the air bend the leg he's gonna
use to kick and move his arms.when he gets to the
designated hit spot take 2-3 frames and do the kick.
But you're still gonna be moving him up until the kick
is finished.Then mave him down slower than how he
came up to show easing.
