Xiao Xiao pack is good for beginners, but you can't use them in pivot unless you import it into flash.

anyway, low beginner, you should look up some tutorials on http://darkdemon.org, you need major work on easing, i'll excuse stiffness since you used a default stick. that brings me to another point, do NOT use the default stick, and if you do, use it to reperesent a "noob" and have it get destroyed.you have the idea of basic movements, actually, but you need more easing. also, even though stiffness was excused due to default, when you sue a normal stick, remember to ove every red dot in every frame. i hope that helps more than some of the other comments you would get on here.

second, i'd really hate to see your worst.
third, very stiff, very choppy, you are not ready for effects, you need to work on the basics, before effects. and have you ever heard of easing? if so, use it. if not, leave, now.
