I meant you ..

i thort jrp1 was like high begginner !!!

and me lol. on DD most people think i am with an exception of a couple but its really hard to get from med to high. pf0 said thats the hardest stage to go from.

Step 1:
Save your .piv into .gif
Uncheck merge
Set frame delay to 6~7 for normal frame rate.
Shrink the frames by 1/2 or it will be too big.

Step 2:
Go to either www.imageshack.us ,www.pivothost.org , or www.filecram.com
I recommend one of them.
Upload your work there.
If you choose imageshack, I'd recommend you to download the toolbar, so it's easier and faster to upload.

Step 3:
For Pivothost you should see a link already, copy and paste it here for the URL
For Imageshack you should see a heck lot of links in there with a first-frame-pic of your animation.
Scroll down the page till you see a link labeled with "Direct link". Copy it, and paste it here, it's your URL.
If you want to post it into image form, which you will need when you don't have 20 posts yet:
Type in
For Filecram just copy the Second code(BB link) for the direct link, First link HTML code for download.

This time I put more frames in it and it became somewhat slow.
Even the frame delay rate is set to 1 I'm gettin this anim slow.

But in the software, I mean when its in the .piv format and I open it in the pivot software,
and when the frame rate scroller bar is at the middle position the anim appeares to be in a medium pace
it becomes slow after I covert it into .gif Is there any way the frame delay rate could be set to a value less than 1???

dude it nice, just a little gif raped, choppy, eneased, and very stiff, read a few tuts and practice b4 ya next animation.

I've noticed pivot it's very usefull for many things.
Not only for animating,it also helps to make gifs. with videos.
