Is it beginner?
Yes. The walk was crap, the stick figures were too stiff, the one on the right never moved at all, the guy's fall was weird, and he disappeared. An animation doesn't have to be a clean loop.
Ok first off...WOW....second....heres my first pivot animation...i dub it....dont play with guns!

Uh, no offense, I realize you're a beginner, but it sucked. Why?
1. Stiff, uneased, choppy, unfluid. Move everyone at the same time, and do it slowly.
2. The title was too short, and you shouldn't have had one at all, really. One frame is barely anything.
3. The bullets were already there. Make them come out of the guns and move quickly towards wherever they were shot at.
4. Read some tutorials. DarkDemon.org, as said, has some good ones.
My second anim, I have to admit, it's sorta choppy. The explosion at the end was a test, I don't know how to do them yet . Oh yeah and I know the guy lagged a bit after the explosion. Comments?
Nice hatred of the Chinese. But yeah, it's good, especially for a second animation. The sword is really nice, and you pulled off the camera really well. Just work on your explosions. =P
