Spartan it is faster on the program then it is on that site so. Thats why it might not be fast.

I didn't get it though, what was it supposed to be? I know it was supposed to pause, but was it a game or DVD, cause DVD's have that pause sign.

Lucky joe lied that was pretty damn good until the end low intermediate lawl.

As for the others on this page I recommend you all work on stiffness mainly, if you get it un stiff it looks smoother.
