its mostly un eased, and stiff, and...the physics are off, the main 3 things
so here is how u deal with easing

ok, so waht is easing? its this
well, try going as fast as u can in 2 seconds, impossible right?
so just try that in stick figures, u have to move the joint slightly, then more, and more, and then, slowly decrease it, and slower, and slower, then stops! lol

now, physics, one of the most boring ones, cause u have to REMEMBER! lol!
so this is waht it is, gravity is the one which isnt used well in ur anim
he jumped up, right? so that would mean he goes tiny bit up, then really high! lol, then slowly, barely higher, then comes down, and gains speed wehn coming down, and btw, he doesnt decrease speed when he gets close to the ground, just fasstr
finally, stiffness, the hardest, for me
move every joint in every frame! lol, simple as that

maybe a ground would be helpful? a straight line?
