For all those noobs who like to post alot:
-Every time you double post, a little baby dies in some third world country
-Every time you triple post, you make their death horrible and painful
-Every time you QUADRUPLE post, they survive, but everything they hold dear is gone, Gone, GONE!!!

Who would dare hurt these precious children?

Oh, shut the **** up.
Noobs insulting noobs? Pfft.

Hello and welcome to Pivot. The animation is very small but enough to comment on.

At first I know it's tempting to use the "Default .stk" (that's the first stickman you see when you open Pivot) but he is unoriginal and doesn't have a backbone. Try (if you can) to make your own, look at other people's animations for inspiration. It won't take long and will make your animation look a lot better.

The blood was surprisingly good for such a new Pivoteer. Think of it like water, it falls to the floor. Try having some go along with the man and the rest to fall on the floor as he's being pushed away. The teleport wasn't bad at all.

Try working on the basics by reading tutorials and then work your way up to big fights like that one. You need to work on fighting and jumping mainly but unless you want them both to stand still for the whole time it's always good to do research on running/walking. Read some tutorials (very good ones found here) or look them up on the internet.

There's some tutorials on making stickfigures out there too, it looks complicated at first but is really easy when you know how.

Thanks for posting on the Beginners' Section, keep posting your animations here until someone says that you're past the raw basics and can post in the main Pivot section.

I just have one thing to say: move every joint in every frame. Even if you only move the joint one pixel at a time, It will affect the smotheness of an animation.

EDIT: and please, just edit. There is no need for double, triple, quadruple, or any other ungodly number of posts in a row
