that example isn't very helpful to noobs. I know it wasn't helpful to me.

see how the first time he moves his leg and arm it looks all jerky? people call that "un-eased" the second time is much smoother. the way you do this is with every movement, start it out slow. gradually speed up until the movement is the inended speed. finally, gradually slow down. think of how a car accelerates/decelerates.
and zawmbe, don't flame me on this crappy anim. all I wanted to do was teach noobs what easing looks like.

your easing wasn't exactly eased just missing a frame or two

megaimims, change your signature or make it smaller. and this is easing:
fps, 30, so you may have some lag time:

First off, welcome AT (easier than Apartment Trash).
Okay, AT don't try to animate multiple stickman at a time when you're still a noob (No offense). Work on everything, look up some tutorials and make tests before you actually try to animate a whole story.

Welcome, Apartment Thrash (cool name).
For first, not bad, but i agree with MaxZ (i think you're low beginner, not noob [isn't it the same ?]). If you want to, you can animate a whole story, but you will improve slower.
The quote in your signature doesn't work.
Mega, change your signature. It's too big, and it's for nothing (?).
