Um.....even though this is a beginner sticky board, your trying effects way out of your league.Your animation is very choppy and makes the whole thing look like crap. Try easing and stop using effects you can't do properly.
Not that I can either just get down the smooth movements before you try diff. effects. It would look better plain but smooth.

TBS, you need to learn that just because someone isn't better at somthing at it, doesn't mean they can't point out whats wrong with others.
