It looked ok, but it's hard to tell. I have the same problem sometimes, but what did you set frame delay to? If you set it 6 it will be the average speed that pivot automatically sets for you. If you put it lower it speeds up, if you put it higher it slows down. Sometimes it can be fine in .gif and still not upload properly, I don't know why.

One thing I could spot was that I think the legs need to be extended before he hits the ground and then crouch as he absorbs the impact.

Frame delay 1? That should have left it at 100 fps which is insanely fast. Maybe it slowed it down automatically.

For your first it's not bad. Even at slow speeds it's not choppy. The physics seems ok. It's a little stiff but most flips are. I think he needs to be accelerating as he falls and I doubt you've used easing, although like I say, it's difficult to tell with the speed and the size.

Certainly. Easing is acceleration and deceleration. In pivot this involves moving something very little in the first frame, a bit more in the second, even more in the third, etc. I'll post an example in a sec.

ohhh yea im doing that right now, im doing a fight scene, and the first guy is about to run, and the other guy is getting ready (fight stance) and im moving the guy getting ready slower then the guy running :D

* sigh *
