I actually liked the first one better. I didn't see too much of a problem with the physics of it. The legs need to bend more on impact and the last step before he hits the wall is too long.

For the physics, the bit that needs to move in the standard arc is the centre of gravity, which may be a different part of the body in each frame. I'd also say that he needs to rotate at a constant speed - you can't ease in the air.

It applies to both and all future ones. I think the easing appeared in both, although it was less noticable in the second.

That's pretty good on the physics and landing. The run up could be improved still but on the whole not bad.
