You need to put the scale facor as 4 for an animation that size. It should ask when you save as .gif. Also, change frame delay to 6.

It's a bit stiff and choppy, although it's not bad for a beginner. I suspect you've used pivot for a while? Some of the movements were a bit unrealistic too, jumps look better when both knees bend the same way and the foot needed to pick up a bit higher on the step. It should all improve with practice, you seem to know the basics well enough.

well, when the guy punches the other, the other guy flys back in the opposite direction, the guy should go the direction of the punch also the run is very slow

Your animations are very complex. A good way to improve would be to work on some more basic stuff first. Animate a simple walk, then run, then jump, then maybe do some physics tests with balls, and then start fighting.

physics are decent for a beginner. You should try to ease it out alot, then it will look nice.

Mediocre overall, just keep it up!

And get your own stick(lol cronos).
