is this punch test ok

When you save, are you setting frame delay to 6? It looks quite choppy.

There's also no easing whatsoever and you need to watch the foot placement. Either keep still or step forwards but don't slide him around like that.

The movement, on the whole, is just about right, but you need a lot more frames in between to make it smoother.

Though that slamming into a wall isn't hard, I just slam in with no effects then. make it specific :P
