Its way too slow aand you need to make the arms and torso move slightly to remove the stiffness.

i also added too many frames, even uploading it kept it slow.. tomorrow I'll remake a new one.

I was just showing flood i can do flash.

It was way wobbly, no physics and the blast looked like shit. Also turn down your smoothing. But the particles at the beginning were decent.
