You seem to have the basics of the walk down. Now you need to ease more trail the arms and make it a bit less stiff.
I recommend taking a look at this tutorial, maybe it will help you improve your walk slightly.

Yeah, basically what Cronos said. The only part of that tut you'd maybe want to look at would be the arms section, I think (and if that doesn't help then I need to update it), because the elbow joint is too obviously unmoved.
The only other thing is the really common one of not starting to move the upper leg back before the knee is fully extended. The leg still needs to be straightening while you're starting to ease it backwards which means that you don't have to slow down the stride for easing and that makes for a smoother overall walk rather than a one-step-at-a-time walk.
Good job.

Quote from roninjaI think I finally got the walk right... Please CC? I tried hard.
arms are uneased, legs lack easing as well, and the back is very stiff

Oh, I suppose so ;)
I think it's already been mentioned to you to try and keep them vertical or to spin them completely. The trouble is with momentum - once you start spinning in the air it's impossible to stop. You can lean forwards if you did so at the start and have the legs in front already so that you can keep the balance when you land, or you can start him off leaning slightly back with his legs like you had them and then hinge in the middle so he lands leaning forwards with legs below him. Either way, when he lands his centre of gravity has to be above his feet or he'll fall over.
The other little thing I saw was that the legs weren't extended for long enough after the jump before they bent in again. You should try to basically ease that bit - give them a frame of near straightness, a frame of straightness, and then near straightness again before bending. Maybe bend more on landing too.
The physics were pretty good and the spacing was about right. Nice work.
