You still need to straigten out the leg on the floor as it's going backwards and the leg in the air extends a bit early. You've definitely improved loads over the last few days though.

Bit stiff and choppy. I think you've saved it wrong. The general movement's about right for a backwards hand spring (not flip :)).

Yeah seriously Zed, can u PLEASE make a tutorial on running :o
The walking one helped me the most... Or if u have a link to a running tut can u put it in ur post?

I don't know of any tuts similar to my kind for a run, but I now Capn's running tut gives a good template wherever it is. I can't easily do a running tut yet, simply because I don't think I know how to well enough. I felt I'd pretty much got the walk figured out by the time I made a tut on it, but I still can't get rid of stiffness in the back for a run and I often bugger up the height and air time.

I honestly have no idea what that last hit was about. I don't know which limbs were where or how they got there, but I do know that you managed to make it look good anyway.

The physics were slightly off on the fall.

here is an improved version of my walking please tell me what to work on. besides the easing i am going to start working on that once i am used to making the right movement

To be honest. I think your other one was better. Not because of the stickman, hes cool, But because of the wierd sliding. Allso the arm movement was a bit strange. I'm not dissing you or anything so don't take it personal K.

no he is not looking up it is just how the figure looks. and here is the improved version of the walking and yet again i don't really care about easing right now. it is not that i think it is unimportant it is just that i am only worried on how to move the figure to look like he is walking

Now this was a LOT better! I thinnk this is DEFINATLY an improvement. Keep it up!

Sorry man but u slid again and the arms look like he's hitting his sides still are you putting the arms ontop of his back then puling the same arm back cause thats not how it works man you put the arms a little bend move them a little every time then when u cross they go to the opposite sides not back were they just came from. Heres a tip and what i do alot is walk around your house but do it in slow motion and feel how you walk yourself, when you walk your arms dont just hit your sides and come back no they cross over to the opposite side and come back. One day man we will be at the top wit the pros correcting other noobs like us :)

CC's just opinion really. It's not something you can get wrong easily. I think you did fine.

No, you misunderstood me. Getting the leg on the floor straight just means that the knee should not be bent on the leg which has a foot on the floor. I think the easiest thing for you to do would be to take what you know now to a new pivot and start from scratch, because it can be very hard to drastically change a pre-existing one and keep it smooth.

@Pcson: You need to try to syncronise the arms with the legs, so they both reach full extension at the same time and both cross the body at the same time. It's one of the hardest parts of arms. Then work on your foot placement and all you'll have left to do is smoothing.

Here's a punch test with OUT the slo-mo like last time, CC pwease xD
*After I posted, I realized that the back leg came up a little to early and makes it look like he is about to start walking ._."*
Image
OR, the leg hit the ground way to gentle and made it look like all the strength was on the upper half of the body =\
Like a superman punch but on his knees....
