Heres my second Pivot, I made him walk a bit on this one and try to make it better and longer ^^ Hope it's good for a beginner.

Try making stuff that's shorter and simpler, like a basic walk cycle. You can use that to get things like easing and stiffness and choppiness sorted out, and then later you can come back to long animations and they'll look so much better. I suggest slowing things down a bit and using much smaller spacing.
