I can't tell what the hell happens. Read up on the basics in pivot tutorials section.

@thatkid: Do something much simpler to start with so that you can get the movements right.

Here's a loop-running , our heads are shaky when were running

Also, can you post your running animation?

Here is a massively over-exaggerated example of a loose run slightly slowed down. By and large you want to copy the arms and legs, although the main upper body will inevitably be stiffer because at full speed you have less frames to play with.

You're using easing the wrong way. Unless they're fighting on ice, what would happen is that he might bounce if he hits the ground hard, not slide that far. What you should ease, though are the movements, those punces at the beginning. You're not using enough frames for them.

First pivot :D, just a little animation of someone robbing some gold.

I'm just a starter at pivot, so it's not as good as the professionals. xD

It's a nice idea, but I think you need to work on the basics. Learn easing and try things like a ball bounce, a simple walk, or similar.

Save as a .gif and try again.

@chanokthorn: Much better. Are you saving it right though? It look choppy.

@chanokthorn: Nice animations, I like the second one (one on PC).

I've made a quick animation myself, gonna upload now.
