Anyway, one problem with the first was that when a stickman walks across the screen, the foot on the ground should stay in the same place until he picks it up.

Nice work at attempting the shaky cam effect allthough It could have been a little more subtle instead of the camara shaking around insanely, it gave me motion sickness.

The arms don't really seem to sync with the legs. Head's better.

No, move them just as often. Just slow them down a bit. The arms and legs should both cross at the same time.
