You need to smooth out the loop on the last one. Aside from that you need to work on the basics.

Excellion, I think you should put a lot of effort into small tests. To practise the basics such as easing etc. Start with ball animations or something, and progress to stickmen when you feel you have easing down. Then work of stiffness and flow.

I can see you're incorperating easing, this is good but it needs to be more obvious. Smaller spacing at the start and end, and bigger spacing in the middle.

The reflection was impressive, but you need a faster descent after it's bounced the first time. That applies for both.
