Yeah the animation was ok, a little shaky just after he kicks. But there are no big problems with it.

Yeah, they're pretty stiff. You need to keep them moving all the time, even if just a little.

I can see what you where trying to do with the sword, but it wasn't executed properly. In order to do that you need to ease it's ascent into a descent. I assume you're fermiliar with easing?
Also, I think you should delete one or two frames at the peek of the swing, then east the motion to a stop, it gives the swing a lot more force.
Lastly, watch that front foot, there's a moment where it suddenly stops sliding forward for a couple of frames. This makes it come off as shaky.

On a more positive note, the fluidity of your animation is nice, his joints are nice and loose and, other then the front foot, it isn't shaky at all.

So to summarise, what you need to work on is: Easing on both movements and the sword, the spacing between frames, and some very minor shakyness with that front foot.

You got some nice stuff here dude. I can tell ur big on and pretty good at effects, just keep improving ur easing and ur animations would be boss like
