Well, you can acr your movements better, to begin with. In other words, your movements aren't really smooth. Try to let each segment follow a certain curvy motion path.
if its one of ur first ones its OK. just improve on your stiffness (this can be done by moving every joint in a frame)

From what's seen, the movements are pretty smooth. However, it's much to fast to properly process what's going on. Some easing should go between the key points of the movement, such as the landing, the "power up," and the fist smash.
