Move every join in every frame :D

pretty hard to do that. so practice some bending or jumps and punches etc. to get better.

k i need help with my punches tryed to look at tuts but im no good at punching or kicking

Pf0's powerful punch tut is good, except one of the hands jerked a bit.

EDIT: just to be fair....

oblivion, that was alright for a first animation with pivot. Try reading some tutorials, working on easing and physics. Maybe make a storyline, and some background. (although I rarely have the patience) Think of some unique ideas! lather.rinse.repeat

i dont really care that i didnt use easing or anything. i just wanted to make an idiot run into a wall...

oh, and ive seen something like pivot on newgrounds before so i have a teensy bit of experience, although it clearly doesnt show in my anim.
