the floor is now moving up and down a bit cause the bounce was stiff but now its like it realiy bounced!

the walk is jerky for me but its probably not
my comops lagging right the **** now

heres a gunshot with out a bullet or blood .............just the movements im REALLY lazy and the few frames is unrealistic...i barely tried so dont be harsh

looked a bit good! maybe if you do add blood it will look better so here it is: make the blood with 3 red lines small and move them left 5 frames then disappere it!
EDIT: blood comes out from head
