Stop using those gay smilies. Here's how to make a midget.

Take the default stick, and shorten all the limbs except the head. now increase the thickness of the limbs besides the head by about 10. Now you have a midget. Not a very good one, but a midget.

EDIT: remember to add short feet.

the 2nd key above Delete on your keyboard. Hit that, open paint, paste, then cut out what you want, and past it in a new paint file, then save and upload into pivot.

when you do a trail (your kick's shadow trail), the fade color MUST be of the stk.s color. So instead of a light grey, it should be a light purple.

I dont care about muh blur lines. The movements and such are med beg. Ive been told my plenty of people outside of beg section.
