Look at some tutorials....
Go to the tutorial section and go to pivot tutorials. Then find one about easing.

its when you barely move the stick the way its going so if your walking right when you start to walk do you usually get right up to speed or does it take you a while?

I tried easing,and this was what I came out with.it's a bit stiff,but I thought it was pretty good.(for me anyways)

EDIT:the part were it fliches is were I stopped animateing.so,that doesen't count.

The upper body was stiff as a board.
