welcome to spp, it's choppy, and stiff, but we all have to start animating somewhere, look at tuts.

That new style thing is called heavy spacing. I think. And I don't think the flip landing is realistic.

You seem to be bored every day. Make a friggin' test!! You always make crappy long anims that none bothers to rate.

Try adding a ground and make a test on basic movements like walking or punching. You need to work on easing too.
