There are videos of Budd Dwyer and Ricardo Cerna shooting themselves all over the internet, and there are several videos of people being beheaded by Iraqis. The rolling stone's documentary Gimme Shelter shows Meredith Hunter being stabbed to death during a concert. Not to mention Saddam's execution.

I'm quite sure snuff films aren't going to get you in too much trouble, depending on the circumstances.
