A bit choppy and his arms move really weird like. It's not bad but he resizes a bit as well. :D
The second one is way to scribbly & choppy, his head moves improperly. I suggest you put more frames in. I also suggest to add some noticeable force to the punch, as it looks quite FINE for now but certainly can be better.

Now the animations lack easing, physics, their kinda wobbly and your effects need work.
