Anyways-
I was inspired to make this flame attack, and I garuntee you that I will never animate fir for a long time :D
Something seems unnatural about him. C&C?

His legs seem a bit short compared to his arms. Also you've gone and made the flame go back into his hand, NAUGHTY! I know his hand is on fire but you should show it leaving his hand some what, add flame particles going off screen n what not. Speaking of particles you may want to add some as he moves his hand forward too. Not to mention the fire itself moves pretty erratically.

add a bit more easing, and when he falls, he falls back towards the direction he jumped from. This may help the loop but it makes the animation really wierd lookin.

no he does not it may be not getting what your trying to say but he lands and it is eased on the landing and then he quickly dahses NOTE: that when he falls i thinks there no more but a frame of easing

C&c on what should I improve?

he needs more impact when he lands, when humans land after a high fall they land on their legs like they're shocks to dampen the impact. your stick kinda just stops immediately, halfway through bending his knees to absorb the impact.
it definitely looks a bit awkward the way he lands and the physics look off, but thats that only think i can get you for, mostly everything else is damn smooth

you have potential man, your anims are good, I love the 3rd and 4th
you're good in effects, but works on movements, I think that's all

I think some of your anims are good, smooth and good effect, like the full body and the flip, but sry I don't know where should you be

Try taking it easy, or reduce frame rate. You dont really want the animation to speed by and not see whats happening. I learnt it by using pivot(lol) but others may have learned practicing movements in a mirror and animating what they saw.
