Is online bullying really THAT big a deal? Sure there was that one suicidal emo chick who would probably kill herself if you asked her if she wanted a soda who killed herself because of it but thats all I've heard on the subject as far as problems.

I think its the parents fault mainly for letting their kids go to sites where they could get bullied. Stick with kid sites like club penguin or habbo for the early years then slowly integrate them with the real internet. by age 13-16 they should be fully integrated with the interweb.

Murder, rape and theft would skyrocket if this was implemented. Or maybe they mean that only the host of the website would have a hold of the real info. Like for this site, CJ and Zulu would have all our real names and stuff but to each other I'd still be Rather Cheesy to you guys. But if I did something like bullied someone here. Zulu or CJ could inform the police in my area and they would fine me.
