Rawr. A 30.2 kb animated gif needs to become 19.5 without modifying the flash file.

Well, one easy way to lower file size would be to remove any gradients.

But if you don't want to edit the flash file, you'll have to shrink it or lower the quality.

I don't have any gradients, but thanks... I'll try lowering the quality :'[

Well, if there were, it would probably compress it by lowering the quality.

I've tried everything... but every time I sacrifice what made it good to get it to around 22 kb, which is STILL too high.

What's the point of animated avatars if you have to use 1 colour and tiny canvases...
