Kind of stiff, and it lacks easing.
Put at least 3 frames of easing.

Please for the love of god make longer animations.
As everyone else said, way too stiff, nobody punches like that. Look at yourself punching if you have trouble with it.

I'm not heading for realism.

I make tests before I do longer animations.
It isn't way too stiff.

Its just a bit stiff. Try not to exaggerate what you mean.

I'd keep the blur part in your style. Normally filter flinging doesn't work, but it looked good in yours.

Resizing in the black and blue guy, but all of it looks good. I see your improvement rapidly coming towards us like one of those japanese trains.
