I heard a public demo will be out on the 11th.

A friend told me you can get your demo via Gamestop and you entre in some info and when it asks for a code you don't enter one and it gives you a download link but I have yet to find it.

Yah it was a glitch in gamestop, but it's fixed now.

I can't pre-order beacause my parents don't use credit cards, so I have no way of paying for it VIA Steam.

**** shit.

I may just pre-order it at my local Gamestop, oh well if I don't get the demo I just hope that public demo on the 11th is true.

Oh yeah, I do have the cracked version of the L4D Demo.. but I wanna play online and if you didn't get the game legally then you can't play online... Sadly there is no way around this... yet.

Public demo does come out tomorrow on both Steam and XBL, although for XBL, you'll probably have to have XBL Gold, just like for Mirror's Edge and Call of Duty 5.

I've played the demo [my manager got it at a conference, Gamestop employee ftw], and I must say that it's amazing.
