I haven't animated in like 2 months.

No offence, but that was bad...

The figure wobbles alot, and there is no real easing at all. The particles of the kick were ok, but still nothing special.

All I can tell you is tuts and practise, sorry. :(

When you animate, there has to be a small input of logic applied. In this animation he steps forward to do a front kick, but his leg slides on the ground as the stick doesn't accelerate. The foot that is on the ground during any step, including a kick, doesn't move it's position on the ground.

Not awful, you just need practice.
