I'm in baseball and I pitch a little bit. Well, last game I was the starting pitcher and my arm started hurting like ****. So, my coach pulls me out and puts me at 1st base the whole game so I don't have to throw. Now, 2 days later it still hurts like hell.
If your in any sport that involves throwing, do you have any ideas how to help it get better?

I used to be a big pitcher when I played baseball. I set two league records for most strikeouts in a season and most consecutive strikeouts. Unfortunately I ****ed up my arm from pitching too much, and could barely throw for the next year and a half, which pretty much ended baseball for me. I had to go to physical therapy for a few months for it, and by the time I was able to throw again I didn't even really want to play baseball any more.
So basically: go to a doctor.

Okay, my mom said that I should but I'm going to wait a day or 2 and see if it stops hurting and just take it easy for the rest of the season since theres only 2 games left.
