ok, i'd like to learn how to make an animation portal. i have a basic way on how to view the anims uploaded. but, i need to make the rest. any help?

i need help with tables. and an uploader. i try to make one, but it they won't work...

and, when i say tables, i mean, like, a preview image, a description, all that stuff. how do i make it from the upload page to the actual portal page?
