I bet that our bodies would have less of a need for oxygen since it's starting to turn polluted all over the world.

As far as I know, having less oxygen means you will become smaller as well.
Maybe I'll evolve into jesus.
But most likely the ability to breathe polluted air without getting any harm, and a 2x more durable liver.
