UPDATES!

3-24-08:
I've decided to go solo on the project, sorry. The more I've thought about the more I think bringing more people into this brings down the chances of it being finished. Thanks for ya'lls help and sorry for wasting your time. I just think it'd be better if only one person was working on this. Cheers!

3-23-08:
Raffi is now the "damage" animator. Which will fill the place of misc animator. Any other misc effects I will take care of, he will do the damage to the background and such.
In other news:
The stairs collab is over and this should now receive my full attention. I will be submitting a few tests in the next week or so. This way I can find how I want each thing to look. Such as gunshots and the like. As well as the tests I will continue to trace guns. So look fo tests in the flash section for awhile.

3-20-08:
I have filled the position for background drawer, the position goes to Darkness-Darkness. I still need an explosions animator and a misc animator. Primarily the explosions animator. Any takers?

THE IDEA:
OK, this project is an animation I'm working on. Its a war animation but with a twist.
There are 3 teams, Red Team, Yellow Team, and Blue Team.
Each team will have a certain amount of members. For now I will say 6.
Each team member will have two different weapons. A primary, which is their main weapon and generally a better all around weapon. Their secondary will be a tactical weapon that usually compliments the Primary weapon. [ex: Primary: Sniper for long range Secondary: Pistol for Short range]
Each team will be supplied with the same weapon combinations so all teams are equal.
Heres the twist. The tag team. If Red Team's Member A and Blue Team's Member B end up jumping into the same foxhole. They have two choices. Blow each others brains out. Or team up. If they team up they will form a new team. Team Purple [a mix between their teams colors.]
If you still don't get it heres a visual explanation:

Bulk Animator: Rather Cheesy - Does 90% of the animation, sticks, guns, grenades, etc.
Blood Animator: Opted - Animates blood effects, anything from blood bursts to blood pools
Explosions Animator: POSITION AVAILABLE - Animates explosions by C4, grenades, and other explosives

Position Descriptions:
Bulk Animator: Starts the Animation process. Animates the stick figures interacting with each other, weapons, bullets, a skeletal like foreground, and other similar objects.
Blood Animator: Receives segments of animation from the bulk animator and adds blood effects to it depending on the situation.
Explosions Animator: Receives segments of animation from the bulk animator and adds explosion effects to it depending on the situation.
Misc. Effects Animator: Receives segments of animation from the bulk animator and adds misc effects such as kicked up dust, and bullets impacting walls/ground depending on the situation.
Background Drawer: Receives segments of animation from the bulk animator and "redraws" over the skeletal foreground to make it look like the chosen setting. As well as add a background behind that foreground.

I will be doing the bulk of the animation I just want other animators to help me in my weak points.
Don't worry the Stairs Collab comes first.
