Hey guys. I know your all not ****ing doctors, okay, but some might have experience with braces.

Today I got these molar rings installed (NOT spacers), and I was wondering if it's normal for it to be really really rough on the inside. Because my tounge hurts alot when it touches.

Well too bad for you. Go to the dentist and ask him instead.

How the **** should we know what to do....

And even if we say that it's not normal for them to be like that, what would that change? You'll have to go to the dentist anyway.

I have them too, chances are if you take a good look or ask your orthodontist, they have hooks on the inside. They are supposed to be rough, your tongue will get used to it.

I also have them lol.

But yeah, you just have to get used to them.
But they suck either way.
